Meeting called to order by President Marilyn Limbaugh at 1:00 PM

40  members attending;   no guests were introduced

Program:   Janet Sears announced class "Now that I have all these  blocks, what shall I do With Them?".......Thursdays in June.  It is  ok to come to just one class.

Block of the Month:  Renata Lopez and Janet Sears announced  "drunkards path"

Newsletter:  Jeri Taylor will send out email about the details.   Tuesday May 22 is the deadline.  Online newsletter has more info in it.

Festival of Trees:  place mats,  pin cushions,  holiday themes  encouraged

Bag o'Stuff:  Anita Kaplan urged completion by the Sept. meeting

Challenge:  Carol Tackett said the deadline will be extended.  A  docent sign up sheet was sent around for the opening June 9

Comfort Quilts:  Joyce said several had been given out.

AIR Quilt:  "lots of progress"  reported

Quilts of Valor:  In June  there will be a workshop on 6/15 with  lunch provided,  to work on these

Library: Anna Hines urged that members take out and return book carefully, following the rules

Festival of Trees:   Workshop  Sept 14

Membership:   109

Several Valor Quilts were displayed  as well as several show and tell quilts

Kathy Hitt requested quilts for the auditorium during the next  theater production  June 15 - 22.  They must be delivered 6/13  and  be labeled with  name and phone number.

Barbara Dunsmoor won the name tag drawing.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:30 and was followed by a lecture by  Sally Collins.
